The goal was to create a cohesive, modern brand that reflected clarity, humility, and insight while standing out in a crowded podcast landscape.
Logo, Branding, and Social Presence
The logo design evolved through several iterations, exploring ways to visually represent leadership and conversation without leaning into predictable symbols. The final mark incorporates a play button tilted at an angle to suggest movement, momentum, and the ongoing nature of learning. This dynamic symbol became the foundation for the broader brand system, extending seamlessly into social graphics. Layouts were designed for clarity and consistency across “Out Now” announcements, Spotify Wrapped graphics, and YouTube thumbnails, ensuring strong recognition while allowing each episode’s message and guest to take center stage.

The website was structured to make content easy to explore while reinforcing the podcast’s mission. Clear hierarchy guides users from the latest episodes to deeper content, including guest highlights and episode summaries. The layout balances thoughtful whitespace with intentional typography, creating a listening experience that feels focused and inviting. Designed to scale with future episodes, the site acts as both a home for the podcast and a platform for ongoing conversation and growth.
